ABOUT
A dictionary written with care
NightLexicon reads dream symbols across the classical, psychological, and cultural traditions — as original English interpretation, written to inform and to prompt reflection.
Our framing rules
Classical readings are attributed to a tradition, never to fabricated sources: we write "classical interpreters in this tradition held…" and never invent a citation. Every reading is offered as reflection, not prophecy. And nothing here is medical or mental-health advice — for that, please speak with a qualified professional.
Where we are
This first release covers 40 of the most common symbols, each read three ways, plus a free Dream Decoder. The full library of 200 symbols and translations into more languages are on the way.
The moon in our footer
The moon phase at the foot of every page is computed astronomically from tonight's date in your browser — a real reading of the sky, not a decoration.
